Kacie Chappelear

Kacie Chappelear joined the team in the fall of 2020.  She is the first friendly voice you hear when giving Jefferson Insurance Group a call and the first infectious smile you see when stopping by the office.  If you ask her, she will say the highlight of her job is interacting with clients and getting to know each of them personally.  

Whether it be answering the phones, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, or assisting her other team members, as administrative assistant Kacie's contributions to keeping the office running seamlessly are invaluable.    

Kacie moved to West Jefferson in 2016 and has been in love with the town and its people ever since.  Aside from work, she enjoys spending time with her fiance' Cody and their son, Weston.  Together, they take part in various outdoor activities and enjoy traveling as a family.  On weekends they like to spend time with their friends and family as well as visiting new places and embarking on new adventures.
